This article applies to RSD0619 (AX1800 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6 Router).
When you are setting up rockspace AX1800 Router and the ROCK WIFI app couldn't connect to it, try the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the Ethernet cable with an Internet connection is securely plugged into the WAN port rather than the LAN port.
2. Check if your device is connected to the network name (SSID) of the router. Then, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Homepage;
- Click “+” in the upper right to add your device;
- The app will detect the device and click Next Step to get started.
This is an approach you may adopt when you reconnect your device to the router but the connection fails.
