How can I connect my devices to rockspace mesh system's 2.4 GHz network?

rockspace Mesh Wi-Fi System only shows 5 GHz band by default. If you want to connect your devices to the 2.4 GHz, you can follow the steps below.

Connect devices to rockspace Mesh System's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi

1. Open the RS WiFi app.

2. Tap Settings > Smart Assistant > Enable.

Then the 2.4 GHz band will be enabled in the next 30 minutes, during which you can set up your 2.4 GHz-supported devices. After half an hour, the connection would be automatically terminated and switch back to the 5 GHz band. However, your 2.4 GHz devices will still be connected to the 2.4 GHz band.

Note: Make sure your device, smartphone and computer for example, is connected to the mesh’s network and check if the app has been updated to the latest version.
