Rebooting your router clears the wireless cache. Doing it monthly or even daily keeps your router running more smoothly.

Reboot your router manually
To manually reboot your router, just unplug the router from the power outlet, wait about 30 seconds, and plug it in again.
Schedule a router reboot
Auto reboot allows you to set your rockspace router to reboot automatically at a specific time, like midnight. You can follow the steps below to configure an auto reboot.
AC2100 Router:
1. Log in to your router.
2. Go to System Settings > Automatic Maintenance.
3. Enable System Reboot Schedule.
4. Select the time at which you want your router to reboot.
5. Click save.
AX1800 Router:
Configure auto reboot via a web page
1. Log in to your router.
2. Go to Advanced > Service.
3. Click Schedule. You can specify a time at which your expect your router to restart or set a count-down time.
4. Click Apply.
Configure auto reboot with the ROCK WIFI app
1. Connect your phone to the router’s network.
2. Open the ROCK WIFI app.
3. Tap More Settings > Timed rebooting.
4. Select the time at which you want your router to reboot.
