After plugging ROCK wireless USB adapter in, your computer will detect and install the driver automatically or you can manually install the driver. If the adapter is not detected, you can try the following steps to fix the issue.
Fix wireless USB adapter not detected in Windows
1. Make sure the adapter is securely connected to the computer.
2. ROCK wireless USB adapter supports Windows 10/11, make sure you meet the system requirements for the adapter and that the latest Windows and system updates are installed on your computer.
3. Try a different USB port on the computer.
4. Restart the computer or try using the adapter on a different computer.
