Fix rockspace extender not extending the Wi-Fi coverage
1. Check the LED of your range extender.
If the LED Indicators on your range extender are blue, it means that your range extender is working properly. If there is still no signal from your range extender, try the following steps.
2. Adjust the position of your range extender.
The ideal location to place the range extender is halfway between your router and your client. However, the location you choose must be within the wireless range of your router.
3. Check if your range extender and host router use the same network name (SSID).
If your range extender is in the ideal location, check the Wi-Fi name of your range extender. If your range extender and host router use the same SSID, change the range extender’s SSID and reconnect to locate the issue.
4. Reset your range extender and perform setup again.
