  • The Extended Network not showing on my Wi-Fi list
  • The Signal LED is solid blue.

    If you experience these symptoms, we recommend that you check the following to fix the problem.

    Fix AC2100 Extender's network not showing up

    As shown below, rockspace AC2100 Range Extender uses the same wireless network name (SSID) as your main router, by default.

    Your existing WiFi network and The extended WiFi network

    If you didn’t change the extended SSID during the configuration progress, your router and range extender would be using the same SSID.

    It is recommended to change the SSID for better management. Visit how do I change the Wi-Fi name and password on my rockspace range extenders for help.

    If you still cannot find the extended network after changing the SSID, then visit I cannot find my range extender’s network after configuration, what do I do to troubleshoot.
